Join Tamara Darress, the Parisian Hostess, at Studio 14 on Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.!

Learn fan technique, leg work, and other fun moves taught by a former Miami Dolphins Cheerleader! Tamara is also an internationally televised and published pin up model.

Each class will be different! You will be contacted about the item(s) to bring for each class. Some of the props you will use: heels, yoga mat, long gloves, thigh stockings, and a feather fan (message Tamara to order your stockings or a fan).

This is an in-person class but is also available virtually! Register for class and take it live or get a recording of the class emailed to you.

Class fees

• $25 for a single class
• $21.25 per class with the purchase of a six-class card

Class cards do not expire, are nontransferable, and have no cash value.
