Zumba® Fitness takes the “work” out of a workout by mixing low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning fitness party! Our Zumba® Fitness classes incorporate dance steps (merengue, salsa, mambo, cumbia, and more!), with extra emphasis on toning and sculpting. Zumba Sentao® combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance moves using a chair as your dance partner. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called “exercise in disguise.”

Our 2 p.m. class on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays is a great class for those new to Zumba® Fitness.

Offered in partnership with Sunday Strong™, our 4 p.m. class on Wednesdays is for adult athletes with intellectual disabilities. The Sunday Strong™ mission is to unite the fitness community and adults with intellectual disabilities by working with fitness affiliates nationwide to provide one group class per week at no cost to the participant. To enroll in the Sunday Strong™ program and join us for our Sunday Strong™ Zumba® Fitness class, please email hello@sundaystrong.org.

Ditch the workout - join the party! Zumba® Fitness is fun, different, easy, effective, and your first Zumba® Fitness class is FREE!

Class fees

  • $8 for a single one-hour class
  • $6 per class with the purchase of a ten-class card
  • $5 per class with the purchase of a thirty-class card

Class cards do not expire, are nontransferable, and have no cash value.

What to wear/bring

Wear supportive sneakers! Zumba® Fitness incorporates lots of side-to-side movements and pivoting. A sneaker with a low profile is better because it will allow you to slide instead of stopping you in your tracks. If shoe shopping, look for dance sneakers or athletic dance shoes that have pivot circles on the bottom of the shoes (underneath the balls of your feet). Wear comfortable, workout type clothing that will allow you freedom of movement. Bring plenty of water and a towel (you will sweat!). Most importantly, bring your enthusiasm!

Care-and-Prayer-cropped

Join us at 3 p.m. on Wednesdays to pray for and with each other, for our community and our nation, for the world, and for its leaders.

Our world needs prayers for peace, freedom, truth, and honesty to help make this wonderful world of ours a better place in which to live. We, as brothers and sisters, need prayers for health, peace, forgiveness, wisdom, strength, and to give thanks and praise for our many blessings.

If you are facing illness or difficulties and need God's help but don't know how to pray or what to pray for, let us share with you keys to praying for healing.

Care & Prayer is led by Scott and Sandra, recent graduates of the School of Leaders class and Cell Pastors, Central Assembly of God, Vero Beach.

Join us, or let us pray for you.
